The success of the products is a direct result of the petitioning ShipShapes founder Tom Becker conducted with the United States Postal Service (USPS) since the product's introduction in 2003. Mr. Becker and his team continue to work with the USPS to streamline the bulk mail sorting process of CMM and acquire economical postage rates on the products.
