Review Your List for Accuracy
• Are Your Fields consistent and/or delimited correctly
• Is your data free of clerical errors

Know your Address Layout
• Layout the format of your Address Block
• Check your field lengths to your format - is there a risk of truncation

Standardize and Encode your Records

CASS certification will standardize your mailing addresses as well as add zip+4 & Carrier Route data

Update your list
• NCOA certification will capture change of address information for your list
• Change of address records will have a higher response rate than the rest of your list
